What does a visit cost?

The first hour costs €59, travel within Hamburg is included. After that I bill in 15-minute increments (€15 per 15 minutes). Many tasks are done in one hour.

Do you also come to the Hamburg outskirts?

Yes, by arrangement. Any travel surcharge I will tell you upfront on the phone.

How do I pay?

You receive an invoice after the appointment and can transfer the amount conveniently.

Can a family member book an appointment for their parents?

Of course. We arrange the appointment together, I contact your parents directly on request and introduce myself, and the invoice can be sent to you.

What if the problem cannot be fixed?

Then I tell you honestly before any further costs are incurred and explain what options are available.

How do I know it's really you?

I only come by appointment, introduce myself by name and am happy to show you my ID on request.
